We hold a great responsibility in being a catalyst in this educational reform. It’s time that we understand and cater to the need of the hour. There’s no point in reciting London bridge’s falling down, if the kid is not made aware of the water body near him being polluted. There’s no point in teaching water cycle if a kid is not made aware that every drop of water in his bottle is precious. There’s no point in teaching about planets sitting under a roof if he’s not let to explore and get amazed by watching the twinkling stars at the night. Pre schooling is a time where kids need to be joyful exploring their surroundings in their own ways. It’s a time when the kids need more of love to know they are valued and there by building their self-esteem. It’s a time when etiquettes and core character set have to be laid strong. We at Viyan Kids thus work towards providing an ambience filled with love where learning shall be a liberating experience. We believe in passing on ancestral values and beliefs and carrying them forward if they are really worth it and discarding what does not hold right with time.
